Summary

There's a lot to watch this month, as Ludogogy has run two live play sessions and also had the pleasure of interviewing Paul Darvasi, PhD, about some of the great work he has been doing in using games in Education.

Paul's interview covers the 'Museum of Me' project - an innovative Social and Emotional Learning curriculum which he developed with Ithrive Games - which uses the brilliant game, 'What Remains of Edith Finch'.

Pretty much as you are reading this, I will be presenting a session at the Play Secure Conference - workshopping a few folk through creating their own 'rules-light' game.

There's loads of conferences going on at the moment, and although I didn't get to go to Serious Play, I'm very grateful to Kathy Fuller, for letting me know about Habitat Games, who she met there.

If you are interested in the use of games in sustainability learning, I recommend you check them out.

I've had a birthday recently, and my nearest and dearest have gifted me board games, of course.

Thanks are due to Miss Coe for having put me through weekly precis drills. The chapter looks at the use of play and games in learning through the lens of my Organisational Learning Change Model - pictured below, and the book will be published, I believe, in early 2023.
