Abstract
"AI-powered gamification has found a great application in filling the gap and enhancing the recruiting and selection processes. With the recent developments, the role of AI-powered gamification in the overall managerial processes, especially in recruiting and selection has proven to be actual and trendy. AI-powered gamification as a powerful tool towards the challenges the recruitment and selection process of applicants faces appears as contradictory in a number of issues. In this paper, we have identified, studied, and analysed the advantages and disadvantages of using AI-powered gamification recruiting and selection process, based on the literature review. Our research is concerned with identifying and exploring the advantages and disadvantages of AI-powered gamification implemented in recruiting and selection processes."
